      Within 48 hours, a one-page breakdown of what's actually happening with your brand and what we'd recommend next — yours to keep, whether or not we ever work together again.

  • No. A strategy call assumes we already know the problem and are talking through solutions. Root Session is where we figure out what the problem actually is.

  • That's normal, and it's kind of the point. The intake form gets your thoughts moving beforehand, and the call is a conversation.

  • No. If you're at the beginning stages of your brand or mid-rebuild, that's exactly the stage this is built for.

  • You'll have everything in writing. If it makes sense to keep working together, we'll talk next steps. If not, you still walk away with real clarity.
